At Fortezza change to the Pustertal railway to Brunico, or one stop further to Perca – the Ried gondola leaves right beside the platform and takes you up to Kronplatz.
Good to know: Staying in Riscone, take the local bus from Brunico to the Kronplatz 2000 base station. The Pustertal line is being modernised until mid-2027 (Riggertal loop); the existing line has been fully back in service since January 2026 – check südtirolmobil before travelling.
